Privacy and data retention

Yes. We retain domain queries, IP addresses, timestamps, and error details only for operational logging, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting, for up to 45 days. Appraisal results are also cached for 24 hours to serve repeat requests and share links. Your domain and appraisal context are sent to our AI provider to generate the result.

What we keep and why

Operational logs contain the submitted domain, request IP address, time, and any error details. They help us diagnose failures and prevent abuse. These logs are not public.

Cached appraisal results are reused for the same domain for up to 24 hours. Anyone who visits that domain's appraisal link can see a cached result; the link is not a private report and does not include your IP address or request logs. After it expires, the page may show public historical sales instead.

Retention

Our operational retention limit is 45 days. Rate-limit counters expire within 25 hours, and cached appraisals stop being served after 24 hours. Public historical domain-sale records are separate from visitor logs and are retained as appraisal evidence.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts this service. To generate an appraisal, we send your domain and its appraisal context to our configured AI provider, Fireworks AI or Google Gemini. We do not include your IP address in the AI prompt. Provider processing and infrastructure logs are subject to each provider's own terms and retention settings.

Only enter domain names intended for appraisal; do not submit passwords, personal messages, or confidential information.
